Tests and Trials

For the purpose of determining the effectiveness of Food Preservative Packaging, chicken meat was used due to its perishability.

In order to test the spoilage, 1.8x10¹¹ microbial load was added to the Control and Experimental groups. At the end of the 3rd day, spoilage and putrefaction were observed in the control group. In the experimental group with food preservative packaging, spoilage and putrefaction were not observed after 3 days.
